Service Description
Book a full day in our luxury-designed studio – perfect for brand campaigns, large-scale shoots, creative projects, or full production days. Your booking includes: - Exclusive all-day access to Studio J’s premium furniture, curated styling props, and entire space. - Professional-grade lighting and one backdrop pre-set by the JCreate team (additional backdrops available at extra cost) - Complimentary drinks and full use of standard amenities throughout the day - Access to our curated music playlists via our in-studio speaker system - Freedom to style and rearrange furniture and props to suit your creative vision (please return items to original position before leaving) Note: Camera equipment not included. Our studio is designed for creators and brands who value aesthetic excellence – no outdated furniture, no compromises.
Cancellation Policy
Studio J – Full-Day Hire Booking Policy By booking Studio J for a full-day hire, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking Duration - A full-day hire provides exclusive access for 8 consecutive hours. - Your booking time includes set-up and pack-down – please plan accordingly. - Exceeding your booked time will incur additional hourly hire charges at the standard rate (charged in full-hour increments). 2. General Use of Space - Your booking includes access to the entire Studio J space for the agreed hire period. - You are welcome to move or rearrange furniture, props, and equipment during your booking, provided they are returned to their original positions before you leave. - Use of Studio J’s professional-grade lighting and equipment is included in your hire. All items must be handled with care and returned in good working condition. 3. Backdrop Use - Each booking includes one backdrop colour, pre-set by the Studio J team. - Additional backdrops or changes during the session must be arranged in advance and may incur extra fees. 4. Damage & Liability - You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of Studio J property (including furniture, props, equipment, walls, and floors) occurring during your booking. - The cost of repairs or replacement will be invoiced to you after your booking. - Studio J is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items during your hire. 5. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made at any time up to 48 hours before the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total hire cost. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. 6. Cleaning & Pack-Down - The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. - Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. - Any excessive cleaning required after your booking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
