Service Description
Book a full day in our luxury-designed studio – perfect for brand campaigns, large-scale shoots, creative projects, or full production days. Your booking includes: - Exclusive all-day access to Studio J’s premium furniture, curated styling props, and entire space. - Professional-grade lighting and one backdrop pre-set by the JCreate team (additional backdrops available at extra cost) - Complimentary drinks and full use of standard amenities throughout the day - Access to our curated music playlists via our in-studio speaker system - Freedom to style and rearrange furniture and props to suit your creative vision (please return items to original position before leaving) Note: Camera equipment not included. Our studio is designed for creators and brands who value aesthetic excellence – no outdated furniture, no compromises.
Cancellation Policy
Studio J Booking Policy Studio J is a premium creative space. We ask that all guests treat the studio with care and respect. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following: Studio Reset • All furniture and props must be returned to their original positions • Backdrops must be left as found unless otherwise arranged • Major rubbish must be removed and disposed of off-site • Please leave the studio in the condition you found it A cleaning fee of $70 will apply to excessively dirty spaces. Photographic evidence will be provided if this fee is charged. Damage • Any damage to furniture, equipment, walls, backdrops or fixtures will be charged at the full repair or replacement cost • Please report accidental damage immediately Security & Access • Security cameras operate within the studio for safety and asset protection • The studio door must remain locked at all times when not actively entering or exiting • Upon departure, ensure: – Lights are turned off – Air conditioning is turned off – The door is fully closed and locked – The key is returned to the lockbox – The lockbox code is scrambled Failure to secure the premises may result in additional charges. Studio J is intentionally designed as a refined, high-end creative environment. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining its standard.
