Cancellation Policy

By booking your Elevate Shoot with Studio J by JCreate, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment - Full payment is required to secure your booking. - Your booking is for 2 hours. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce your shoot time. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - Reschedules must be made more than 48 hours in advance to avoid this fee. 3. Deliverables & Turnaround Time - Your raw image gallery will be delivered within 7–10 business days after your shoot. - Final retouched images will be delivered after you have made your selections. 4. Studio Use & Inclusions - The space includes all amenities and equipment listed in your package description. - Any damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment during your booking will be the responsibility of the hirer. - Please keep to the inclusions of your booking 0 for example, maximum outfit changes and styled set‑ups as specified. 5. Ownership & Usage - All images and content captured remain the intellectual property of JCreate. - By booking, you grant JCreate the right to use your images and/or behind‑the‑scenes content for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Respect for the Space - The studio must be treated with care. Please leave the space in a clean and tidy condition. - Your session time includes any set‑up and pack‑down required.
