Cancellation Policy

By booking your Elevate Content Session with Studio J by JCreate, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment - Full payment is required to secure your booking. - Your booking is for 3 hours. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce your shoot time. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - Reschedules must be made more than 48 hours in advance to avoid this fee. 3. Deliverables & Turnaround Time - Edited short‑form videos will be delivered within 7–10 business days after your shoot. - Final deliverables include 8 fully edited Reels/TikToks plus all raw iPhone photo and video content from the session. 4. Studio Use & Inclusions - The space includes all amenities and equipment listed in your package description. - Any damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment during your booking will be the responsibility of the hirer. - Please stick to the inclusions of your booking — including the set number of edited videos and booked duration. 5. Ownership & Usage - All content captured remains the intellectual property of JCreate. - By booking, you grant JCreate the right to use your content for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Respect for the Space - The studio must be treated with care and left in a tidy condition. - Session time includes set‑up and pack‑down.
