Studio J – Studio Hire Booking Policy By booking Studio J, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. General Use of Space - Your booking includes access to the entire Studio J space for the agreed hire period. - You are welcome to move or rearrange furniture, props, and equipment during your booking, provided they are returned to their original positions before you leave. - Use of Studio J’s lighting and equipment is included in your hire. Please ensure all items are handled with care and returned in good working condition. 2. Backdrop Use - Each booking includes one backdrop colour, pre-set by the Studio J team. - Additional backdrops or changes during the session must be arranged in advance and may incur extra fees. 3. Damage & Liability - You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of Studio J property (including furniture, props, equipment, walls, and floors) occurring during your booking. - The cost of repairs or replacement will be invoiced to you after your booking. - Studio J is not responsible for loss, injury or theft of personal items during your hire. 4. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made at any time up to 48 hours before the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total hire cost. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. 5. Cleaning & Pack-Down - The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. - Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. - Any excessive cleaning required after your booking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
